The system installation is as follows: installing a 20mil liner across the floor of the crawlspace and up the foundation walls, sealing all foundation vents, and installing insulation on the foundation walls of r11 value or choice of Thermax insulation, sealing all air gaps between framing and foundation walls, sealing all penetration of pipes, wires, etc.. through the foundation walls, installing an industrial base maintenance free dehumidifier and an optional humidity sensor alarm.
